Jack Quinn is a traditional Irish Pub and Restaurant, which was designed and built in Ireland then shipped over in the summer of 1999, where it was then fitted on site. Named after the famous Irish born U.S. Congressman from New York, our pub offers fast and friendly service. Conveniently located at the begining of Norfolk's Granby Street District directly across the street from the Federal Building and a minute walk from MacAuthur Center.
