About El Burrito Mexican Restaurant
Since 1969, family recipes have been served at El Burritos in Las Vegas. In the spring of '69, Romolo and Mary Grace Duran set out on a venture to open a leather goods store. But, in the course of that venture, came to open up a small Mexican restaurant on Fremont Street called "El Burrito Café." Now, with two locations, the tradition continues with their son, David Duran. This newest location in West Las Vegas (Summerlin) was opened in 1993 and continues to serve original, favorite family secrets of what many Las Vegans call the "best Mexican food in town." Many Las Vegans remember that little hole in the wall with its homey atmosphere and many leather goods hanging from the walls, but today this El Burrito emphasizes on creating memorable experiences and great dishes for their customers. El Burrito ~ the only place in "the Valley" to get "Special Tacos."
